Note: This article primarily applies to companies Authorized persons to open accounts as per SAMA regulations

Overview

We’re excited you’re considering DarbPay to power your fleet operations.

This guide walks you through everything you need to know to apply for a DarbPay business account, complete your company verification (KYC/KYB), and get your account ready within 5 minutes 

Qualification

To qualify for a DarbPay Business Account, your company must meet the KYB/KYC requirements

Applying

To sign up for DarbPay:

2. Use your official business email address (e.g.,name@company.com)

3. Use your official business National Unified Number (starting with 70)



4. Click Continue to verify your company information

5. Click Continues if the information matches your company information

6.  Select your ID Information if you are an authorized person based on your company policies, your ID should be automatically displayed 

7. If your ID is not displayed and you are the legal business legal signatory, click No and enter your ID number and upload the power of attorney letter 



8. Enter your Phone number and answer the questions carefully with YES or NO

You Must Use your Official Phone Number That Is Linked to Your ID Number 



9.  When you click "Verify Now", you will receive an OTP to confirm the verification process




10. After a successful verification, you will receive verification request from Nafath, Open your Nafath app and continue the verification by selecting the same number displayed in Darb screen




11. Lastly, you need to upload your company Article Of Association and Company Bylaws Documents and click "continue" 


12. You will see a summary of your application, please review it and Agree to Darb's Terms and Conditions and submit your application



13. Congratulations, you have submitted your application successfully, go to your email and follow the log in instructions.
