Overview
Before your fleet can start using DarbPay cards for fueling, you need to complete two key steps:
Top up your DarbPay wallet
Order your first DarbPay cards so they can be issued and delivered
This article walks you through the entire process step by step.
Step 1: Make Your First Wallet Top-Up
Before ordering cards, your company wallet must be funded.
Log in to your DarbPay account using the link you received on your email
You’ll see the Top-Up Instructions panel:
Bank Name: ANB
Beneficiary: Darb
IBAN: SA03 xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx (This will be your dedicated IBAN)
Account Number: xxxxxxxx (This will be your Account Number)
Amount Range: Between 1,000 SAR and 100,000 SAR
Make a bank transfer from your company account to the IBAN shown.
Once done, click “I Made a Deposit.”
Your balance will be updated instantly for top ups below 20,000 SAR and within one business day for higher amounts, you’ll receive an email confirmation once funds are received.
Please note that top-ups exceeding 20,000 SAR initiated on Thursday or non-business days will be processed and credited on Sunday.
Step 2: Top-Up Success
After your funds are received, you’ll see a confirmation screen showing your available balance.
Click “Order Cards” to continue.
Step 3: Order Your First DarbPay Card
Fill out the Order Details:
Make sure you enter the right Business Name on Card as it can’t be changed after ordering

Subscription price will be automatically displayed based on the number of cards ordered.
Ensure your wallet balance covers the total fee.
You can top up directly from this screen if needed.
Step 4: Review & Confirm Your Order
Before placing the order, a summary page will display:
Review all details carefully.
Once ready, click “Confirm.”
By confirming, you agree to DarbPay’s Terms & Conditions.
Step 5: Verify and Place Your Order
For security measures, an OTP (secure code) will be sent to the authorized mobile number linked to your account.

Enter the 6-digit code you receive.

Click “Confirm & Place Order.”
If you didn’t receive the code, click “Resend.”
Only authorized admins can complete this step.
Step 6: Order Processing & Delivery
Once the order is placed, you’ll see the Order Processing screen that includes:
- Order Summary
You can click “Track” to monitor the shipment status.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
Once received, cards can be activated from your dashboard.
Click “Go to Dashboard” to return to the main portal.
