2. How to Top Up Your Wallet

To start using Darb cards, you first need to fund your company wallet.
This article explains how to make a top-up, confirm your payment, and track your wallet balance.

Making a Top-Up 

  1. Log in to your DarbPay Client Dashboard.

  2. From the home page, select Top Up + Under your Balance.


  1. You’ll see the Top-Up Instructions screen, including your Darb wallet account details.


  1. Transfer the desired amount from your company bank account to the Your Darb Wallet IBAN displayed on your dashboard.

Your balance will be updated instantly for top ups below 20,000 SAR and within one business day for higher amounts, you’ll receive an email confirmation once funds are received.Processing time:

Processing Time

Top ups under 20,000 SAR will be reflected directly to your wallet, higher amounts will be processed within 1 business day after DarbPay confirms your payment.


Tips for a Smooth Top-Up

  • Always use the same company account to transfer from.

  • Transfers made on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Transfer between normal working hours (I.e. 8 am to 5pm).
