Getting Started with DarbPay – Onboarding Your Company

Welcome to DarbPay.
This guide explains the three main steps your company needs to complete to start using DarbPay:

  1. Understanding KYB and KYC Verification

  2. Applying and Signing Up

  3. First Top-Up & Ordering Your First Card

Follow the steps in order to finish your onboarding smoothly.

Step 1: Understanding KYB and KYC Verification

Before applying, make sure you understand DarbPay’s KYB (Know Your Business) and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
You’ll learn what documents and information are needed to get approved quickly.

Step 2: Applying and Signing Up for DarbPay

Create your company account on DarbPay portal and submit your business details.
This includes your CR information and Identity verification.
Once approved, you’ll get access to your DarbPay dashboard.

Step 3: First Top-Up & Ordering Your First DarbPay Card

After your account is approved, make your first wallet top-up and order your first card.
This activates your account so your fleet can start fueling.
